Step 1: You’ll meet with myself or one of my Southport personal trainers for a complimentary needs and analysis consultation.
Step 2: You’ll be taken through our movement screen and nutrition analysis so we’re able to create a fitness and nutrition plan specifically designed for your needs.
Step 3: Your strength and fitness levels will be assessed so we know where you’re at now and to give us something to measure your future progress against.
Step 4: You’ll discuss your goals with us and set realistic timeframes to achieve them in, we’ll then devise you a plan to make those goals achievable.
Step 5: You begin working with us, you’ll need to train at least 4 sessions per week and at least 2 of those will be personal training with us.
Step 6: You’ll also be given a training program to follow on the days you train by yourself.
Step 7: If you’re not assessing you’re guessing! You’ll do a fitness assessment every 6 weeks to measure your results and keep you on target.
Step 8: You achieve your goals and get into the best shape of your life!
