Something to keep in mind while at a bootcamp is to maintain a regular breathing pattern. Take care that you are not holding your breath while performing various boot camp exercises. Not breathing in steady and regular patterns will end up tiring you faster and lead your body to fatigue. Remembering to breathe is essential in being able to have enough energy to complete the workout. Breathing delivers oxygen to the muscle tissues which enable you to put in more effort in each exercise. While going through the program at a personal trainer Burleigh Heads, you should alternate between exercises that focus on your upper body and those that focus on your lower body. This gives time for one part of the body to rest while you are working on the other part. As one of the major facets of boot camp workouts is how fast you are transitioning from one movement to another, this is an important point to keep in mind.
